Developed with Rothco’s Lock System, the Scout features a waterproof design that provides long-lasting comfort and enhanced traction. H2O Lock Weather Protection System: Featuring a premium waterproof leather and polyester upper, these tactical hiking shoes ensure your feet stay dry, no matter the environment. The boot shoe utilizes a waterproof internal lining for added protection, with a moisture wicking mesh liner underneath for breathability while keeping water out.
